Here's a quick tip that will help you reduce any anxiety you are feeling around her...
I call it "Imagine that..."
And it works. So try it the next time you have a date or are making an approach.
Quite simply you are going to imagine something specific about her.
For example, I have red hair...
So I like to imagine that she is total nympho when it comes to redheads.
Or, as mentioned in a previous email, if she is particularly tall and blonde you could imagine that her nickname in high school was 'Bigbird'. Or sometimes I like to identify an idiosyncrasy or mannerism
she has...
Maybe she adjusts her shirt a lot, or perhaps I notice that she purses her lips to one side occasionally. It really can be just about anything...
The next step is to label the behavior; so every time she adjusts her shirt, your interpretation could be that she is getting extremely horny.
Now before you go out and start experimenting with this powerful technique, I want to point out a couple of things:
1. These kind of visualizations are for you and you alone to be aware of. They are designed to reduce anxiety and build confidence. In other words, you don't want give away what you are thinking by actually CALLING her Big Bird or pointing out that she must be getting really horny.
2. The examples I stated above are just that; examples. This technique becomes much more effective when you tailor it to your own circumstances. I call it "Imagine that..." because you have to use your imagination to come up with your own unique visualizations.
But the framework is yours now. Use it.
